I’m a professional package stalker. How can I track my order?


Once your order is ready to be shipped, we will email you a United States Postal Service (USPS) tracking number. Once you receive you receive tracking information, stalk on using the link below:

How long will it take to receive my package?


After 3-day business day processing, orders generally ship within 2-3 weeks (14-21 business days) after purchase. Your order will ship using the delivery choice you selected at checkout. We ship via USPS.


My item has been shipped, but my tracking isn’t showing updates anymore. What do I do now?

Once your item has been shipped, Body Favors Waist Beads cannot do anything beyond providing a tracking number. Please contact USPS with the tracking number for an update. If a signature confirmation was signed, you will definitely need to contact USPS.


My order says delivered, but I didn't receive my package.


Body Favors Waist Beads is NOT responsible for missing, lost, or stolen packages. Please contact USPS to file a claim AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Please reship my item. It's being returned to the sender.


Once we receive the item back, we can reship your items.

My item was delivered to the wrong address, what should I do?


If you know the address your package was sent to, please safely try to retrieve your package. If you cannot retrieve your package, you will have to place a new order. Body Favors Waist Beads is not responsible for packages delivered to the incorrect address by the postal service.

An incorrect address was inputted during checkout, can you update my address for me?


Body Favors Waist Beads ships to the address you provide during checkout. If your PayPal shipping address is incorrect, please contact PayPal to update your shipping address in their system BEFORE you place your order. If your item has already been shipped, please contact USPS as soon as you can!
